The surface of fake stainless steel angle steel is very easy to be scratched. This is because the manufacturing equipment is crude, which can easily cause burrs and other scratches on the surface of the stainless steel plate. Deep scratches will also reduce the strength of the angle steel.
The fake and inferior stainless steel angle steel has no metallic texture, the cold rolling temperature of the fake and inferior raw materials is not standardized, and the cold rolling cannot be carried out according to the required martensitic region. The properties of the angle steel will naturally fail to meet the standards.
High-quality stainless steel angle steel has a well-proportioned composition, a high tonnage cold shear machine, and a smooth and neat inner hole of the cutting head. However, the material of fake and inferior angle steel is weak, and the inner hole of the cutting head often appears uneven and dull.
