Advantages of 316L stainless steel plate
316L stainless steel plate is also called 316L medium and thick
plate. It is a hot-rolled flat plate with a width of up to 3500mm
and a thickness of up to 150mm. It is the preferred hot-rolled
medium and thick plate for cutting parts in industrial buildings
Due to the addition of Mo element, the corrosion resistance of 316L
stainless steel medium and thick plate, especially the pitting
resistance, is outstanding
316L stainless steel plate not only has excellent corrosion
resistance, but also has excellent high temperature strength, which
enables it to maintain stable performance under high temperature
environment
316L stainless steel plate shows weak magnetism after processing,
and its work hardening performance is good.
In the solid solution state, 316L stainless steel medium and thick
plate has no magnetism
316L stainless steel plate belongs to austenitic chromium-nickel
stainless steel with high strength and creep strength.
316L stainless steel plate is widely used in seawater equipment,
chemical, dye, papermaking, oxalic acid, fertilizer and other
production equipment
