316 stainless steel sheet machinable surface
2B surface:
2B surface is the most common surface treatment method for
stainless steel plate, with high surface finish and not easy to
scratch. It is often used to make stainless steel products in the
fields of kitchen utensils, medical equipment, etc.
BA surface:
BA surface is obtained by further processing the 2B surface, and
its surface is smoother and brighter, but it is not easy to
maintain for a long time. It is often used to make ornaments with
high ornamental value, elevator doors, etc.
NO.1 surface:
NO.1 surface is the primary surface obtained after hot rolling of
stainless steel plate. The surface is relatively rough and presents
a condition similar to iron sheet. It is often used to make some
building materials with low appearance requirements.
NO.4 surface:
NO.4 surface is obtained by grinding the 2B surface, and its
surface presents a matte or semi-bright effect, which is both
beautiful and practical. It is often used to make some decorative
panels, ceilings, walls, etc.

Other surface processing
Mirror surface (also known as 8K): Mirror surface means that the
stainless steel sheet is polished by a machine to be as bright as a
mirror.
Frosted surface: brushed, snowflake sand, ordinary sand, these
three types of 316 stainless steel sheets are mainly named
differently because of the different surface sand grains
The brushed sand grain is the coarsest and longest, followed by
ordinary sand, and the snowflake sand grain is the smallest and
finest
Sandblasting: It means that the stainless steel sheet surface
presents a fine bead-like sand surface, but stainless steel
sandblasting is divided into matte sandblasting and bright
sandblasting
Matte means that the sheet is sandblasted when it is still 2B
surface
Bright is after the mirror surface is polished
Random grain: also known as and grain. The surface of the 316
stainless steel sheet after this processing will show circles of
sand grains from a distance, while it will be irregular and chaotic
from a close distance. Embossing, also known as embossing, is the
stainless steel sheet with small diamonds, cubes, squares, and
panda patterns on the surface.
Etching: It is to use chemicals to make the surface of the 316L
stainless steel sheet appear uneven, or some text and patterns. The
etched pattern can be etched according to the required pattern or
text.
No fingerprint: It is to attach a layer of oil to the surface of
the stainless steel sheet, and after drying, it can achieve
anti-fingerprint and anti-oxidation effects.
Laminated board: It is to compound the printed film products to the
surface of the stainless steel plate by pasting, which can produce
very exquisite patterns and patterns.
Composite color board: It is compounded on the basis of these
processing, etc.

strips with lock.
