304 stainless steel material:
304 stainless steel is a common austenitic stainless steel with
good corrosion resistance. It is widely used in industries such as

It contains high chromium (about 18%) and nickel (about 8%), which
enables it to form a dense chromium oxide protective film in the

304 stainless steel also has good processing properties, such as
good hot processing properties such as stamping and bending, and no
heat treatment hardening phenomenon (non-magnetic, use temperature

Cold rolling process:
Cold rolling is a rolling process performed below the
recrystallization temperature. After cold rolling, the surface
quality of the steel plate is higher, the flatness is good, the
dimensional accuracy is high, and the finish and appearance quality
are good.
During the cold rolling process, the steel will produce cold work
hardening, resulting in an increase in the strength and hardness of
the steel plate, but the toughness and plasticity index may
decrease.
