Cutting process
Design drawings:
Design drawings of parts to be cut according to customer needs
Programming:
Convert drawings into programs that can be recognized by laser
cutting equipment
Loading:
Place the steel plate on the workbench of the laser cutting
equipment
Positioning:
Ensure the accurate position of the steel plate through the
positioning system of the equipment
Cutting:
Start the laser cutting equipment and perform cutting operations
Unloading:
Remove the cut parts from the workbench
Inspection:
Inspect the quality of the cut parts to ensure that they meet the
requirements

Laser Cutting
We have flat laser cutting machine and 3D laser cutting machine,
which can cut sheet, tube and Shaped workpieces. Accuracy can reach
±0.5mm.
Bend
The range of sheet thickness should be 0.3-20mm.
Machining
We have CNC, lathe, milling machine and other related equipment,
etc., parts with complex shapes and complicated contours can be
machined.
The accuracy can reach ±0.01mm.
